Plans Under Review for 300+ Units on 8th St. Site
Mid-City has filed officially filed plans for a Consolidated PUD and Map Amendment for the site at 1707 8th Street, NW. The project would consist of a multi-family residential building with approximately 317 rental multifamily residential units, of which approximately 16 units will contain three (3) bedrooms and 15% of the residential gross floor area, cellar floor area, and habitable penthouse space will be reserved as Inclusionary Zoning (“IZ”) units. Amenity spaces for the residents of the project will be provided in the ground floor, in order to help animate the street level experience, and on the roof.
