Plans Under Review for 600,000 SF Bond Bread Factory Redevelopment
has filed plans for a redevelopment of the former Bond Bread factory off 8th Street NW. Plans call for a new mixed-use development featuring 472 units, a 180-room hotel, and SF of retail with a "hidden passageway" at 2124 8th Street NW spanning a city block.
