Plans Under Review for Affordable Housing Development in Dorchester
POAH & DBEDC have filed plans for a 7-story, mixed-use project at 568-574 Columbia Road in Dorchester. The building would include 63 residential units, all designated affordable, above ground-floor commercial, civic, and arts spaces. As part of the project, the existing Dorchester Savings Bank Hall on the site will be preserved with a rooftop open space added above.
