Plans Under Review for Building 2 at Strathmore Square
FiveSquares has submitted plans for the second phase of the Strathmore Square development. Plans call for a mixed-use tower to include 400 residential units and up to 14,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial use. The plan will include a minimum of 25% MPDUs (or up to 100 MPDUs) and will provide a range of unit layouts and sizes, including studio, one, and two-bedroom units. This project will prioritize biophilic design and the highest standards of sustainable building practices. The new building will meet or exceed the County’s Green Building standards and is currently anticipated to benchmark at LEED Gold or higher.
