Plans Under Review for Mixed-Use Project on Vulcan Materials Site
Lennar & Potomac Land Group II have submitted a development concept plan for a mixed-use project on the 17+ Acre Vulcan Materials site. Plans call for an 11-story, 256 room hotel along with 321 residential units including a mix of townhomes & condo flats.
