Plans Under Review for New Dorm at Tufts University
Tufts University with Capstone Development Partners has now filed plans for a new dormitory at 401 Boston Avenue in Medford. The two-building, Passive House project would be constructed on a surface parking lot adjacent to Hill Hall. Plans call for 299 apartment-style units to house approximately 677 Tufts students with 4,000 gross square feet of floor area that will be utilized as ground-floor retail, restaurant, or service use space.
