Plans Under Review for Next Building at The Park at Walter Reed
Plans are under review for Building QRS within the Walter Reed Army Medical Center Historic District. The proposed project includes the construction of a five-story mixed-use building along Georgia Avenue south of the future Dahlia Street extension and east of the future Twelfth Street extension. The project would include over 300 apartments and 15,000 square feet of amenity/retail/workspace.
