Plans Unveiled about former Fairfax Hotel at Embassy Rox to Senior Living.
The historic Hotel was bought by Maplewood Senior Living and Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc for $58M in September of last year with plans to convert into a Senior Living Community. Under the brand Inspīr Embassy Row, which has a celebrated senior living center at Inspīr Carnegie Hall, Plans have revealed that they plan to make a penthouse floor addition, reconfiguration of space and they propose a reduction in parking spaces in order to place a pool and space area.
From the renderings, it seems they also intend to do facade work, to gain a more textured look.
