2111 Eisenhower Ave. Update 05/02/22

Plans Updated for 2111 & 2121 Eisenhower Ave. 

The proposal has been updated to increase density and height allowances on the redevelopment under review at the 1.9 acre at 2111 & 2121 Eisenhower Ave. into a 802 unit multi-family with ground-floor retail with six levels of parking. 44 of the units will be committed to affordable housing units. The building design incorporates two “L” shaped towers of varying heights connected by a common parking podium, which will be encapsulated by residential units with individual lobbies and amenity rooms for each of the multifamily towers. Several private terraces will satisfy the development’s open space requirement, the largest of which will be located on the sixth level. The project proposes enhanced streetscapes which will include large sidewalks, public lighting and bicycle racks.
