Plans Updated for 613-617 H Street NW, Another Office Development Falls to Residential
A proposal for a eleven-story, 72 units sq. residential building building with roughly 10,000 sq. ft. of retail space is currently under review. The existing three-story building on the site will be preserved and incorporated into the new development. The former proposal, a nine-story office building, was amended by the developer, as yet another approved office project gets the boot for residential. The building proposes to connect with another development at 624 Eye St NW.
