Plans Updated for Development at 7126 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda
The proposed 21-story, 335-unit mixed-use building with around 9,000 square feet of ground floor retail and restaurant space.
Foulger-Pratt's Judd Ullom said the firm "went back to the drawing board on the design" once it realized it could acquire the Capital One site.
The project now looks a bit different, and is moving forward independently of the Farm Woman's Market across Wisconsin.
The company will file its new plan and expects a hearing before the Planning Board by the end of 2022.
Even if the plan is approved, it will likely be 18 months before construction begins.
The building will also offer a private amenity rooftop terrace with a pool and grilling areas.
