Plumbing Fitout Underway on Seaport Square Parcel P
A plumbing permit valued at $5 million has been issued to 400 Summer Street in the Seaport. Named Seaport Square Parcel P, the upcoming 16-story laboratory building will be home to Foundation Medicine, which will occupy 580,000 square feet of laboratory and office space. The project will also host 30,000 square feet of neighborhood retail uses.
