Plumbing Permit Issued for O'Connor Way Project in South Boston
A plumbing permit has been issued for the O'Connor Way Elderly housing project in South Boston. The project will include 47 units, all one bedrooms for people age 62 or older. Units will range in affordability from 60% AMI to 30% AMI with 5 set aside for homeless households. The project will also include 7 parking spaces.
