Plumbing Permit Pulled for 300+ Unit Somerville Project
With foundation work ongoing at the site, a plumbing permit has been pulled for Alta Xmbly at 290 Revolution Road. The upcoming 8-story building will offer 329 apartments, 20% affordable. The building will also include 10,408 square feet of retail space with a parking garage for 188 resident vehicles.
