Plumbing Permit Pulled for Babcock Place
With work underway for the building's concrete core, a plumbing permit has also been issued for the Babcock Place development in Brookline. The upcoming 5-story building will feature 62 apartments along with parking for 31 cars. Units within the building will range in size from studios through 3 bedrooms and 16 will be designated affordable.
