Plumbing Underway on 17-Story Amazon Tower in Seaport Square
EM Duggan has pulled a plumbing permit valued at $2,500,000 for Seaport Square Block L5, kicking off plumbing on the under-construction building. Plans call for an 17-story commercial tower featuring more than 700,000 SF of mixed-use research/office space with ground-floor retail. In addition to 630,000 square feet of office space for Amazon, the project will feature ground-floor retail and a new performing arts center, comprising two live performance venues.
