Plumbing Underway on 780 Morrissey Boulevard
EFR Mechanical has secured a plumbing permit valued at $5.8 million for 780 Morrissey Boulevard in Dorchester as construction progresses on the development. Approved in January, plans call for a 6-story, 200+ unit residential building. The 179,000+ SF development will include a parking garage containing approximately 130 off-street spaces and a surface parking area of approximately 6 off-street spaces.
