PNF Issued for Hook Wharf
SKW Partners has submitted a PNF to the Boston Planning and Development Agency for a 266,000 SF hotel at Hook Wharf. The project will feature 4,000 SF for a new harborwalk and open space between Evelyn Moakley and Northern Avenue Bridge. The hotel will also feature 9,000 SF of restaurant space dedicated to the Hook Company's seafood operations.
