Podium Complete for Alexandria Affordable Housing Project
The Arden, an affordable housing project in Alexandria, VA, has recently topped out its concrete operations. The podium portion of the building has been completed with the use of 6,524 cubic yards of concrete and 474 tons of rebar. The seven-story building will include 126 units along with space for Wesley Housing’s office on the 1st floor.
