Pompano Beach Development Review Committee to Review Plans for a Hotel/Condo Tower
Developers Related Group and BH Group have submitted plans for a 24-story condo/hotel tower in Pompano Beach that will include 303 hotel/condo units and 77 condominiums. The Pompano Beach development review committee will review the plans at an August 7 meeting. The residential component will feature 17 two-bedroom units, 37 three-bedroom units, 20 four-bedroom units, and three five-bedroom units. Community amenities, most located on the third floor, will include 12,000 square feet of banquet facilities, a 4,400 square foot hotel restaurant, a 6,700 square foot tenant restaurant, a 12,000 square foot spa, three pools, and multiple sports courts. The development will also include 3,600 square feet of retail space and 542 square feet of hotel retail space.
