Portion of New City Development Site Sold for $35M
Douglas Development has sold a portion of the 16-acre New City Development site to the American Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association for $35M. The development firm is planning a 1.6M square foot mixed-use project on the site. Plans currently call for a 3 phased development to include a mix of residential, retail, hotel, and office uses.
