Potomac Yard Development Site Acquired for $32.1M
Zom Living has acquired a roughly 2-acre site in Potomac Yard for $31.2M. In December the Zom & Partners Group secured a total of $150M in construction financing for the 492 unit project. Hazel & Azure will feature studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, as well as townhomes. Construction is expected to begin in the coming months with completion set for late 2024.
