Powerhouse Partners Win Bid for Building 108 Redevelopment at Charlestown Navy Yard
Powerhouse Partners have won a bid to redevelop the long vacant Building 108 in the Charlestown Navy Yard. The developer proposes to construct a new 65,000 SF building featuring 44,000 SF of lab space and 18,000 SF of ground-floor restaurant and retail space. The new building would stand 4-stories above the site.
