Precast Panel Facade Install Underway at 212 Stuart Street
Install of two and three story precast panels is underway at 212 Stuart Street in Bay Village. "This building was designed to make a very intentional departure from the tall glass tower typology," says Kyle Richard, Sasaki project architect. The 19-story tower will feature 126 residential units on the upper floors along with 1,000 square feet of first floor retail and/or restaurant use along with a fitness area and amenity space including common rooms and a large outdoor patio on the 19th floor.
