Preliminary Plans Under Review for Phase 1 of the Shady Grove Innovation District
Boston Properties has filed pre-application submittals for the first phase of the Shady Grove Innovation District. Plans call for 2 buildings, a 137,000-square-foot lab along with a 330-unit multifamily property. The developer aims to create an amenity-rich, mixed-use district catering to the dynamic life science industry in the heart of the Shady Grove cluster in Rockville, Maryland.
