Prime Edgewater Development Site Sold for $30 Million
MRR Development has purchased 1801 Northeast 2nd Avenue from Rotem Rosen. The 1.4 acre site was purchased for $30 million, and includes a Price Choice supermarket and Learning Nest preschool. The business and school will remain open for another year.
The site is currently permitted development for up to 1.9 million square feet of mixed use space, including 710 residential units.
