PROCON names Erik Anderson, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP Executive Vice President

Erik Anderson has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Architecture and Engineering at PROCON, the largest true design-build firm in New Hampshire. Mr. Anderson is a licensed and LEED-accredited architect and leader with over 32 years of experience. He has worked on various building types, including senior living, housing, education, commercial, industrial, private aviation, retail, and healthcare. He uses his strength in collaboration to build client relationships and works with PROCON's construction project managers, superintendents, engineers, and estimators to ensure client expectations are exceeded.

A New Jersey native, Mr. Anderson learned the rigor of architecture in New York City working for Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill (SOM), one of the world's most highly respected architectural firms. At SOM, he worked on such notable projects as the Bear Stearns Building and World Trade Center 7 in New York City.

In 2005, he brought that rigor to PROCON. Mr. Anderson helped grow the architecture and engineering department to over 45 team members through his leadership in delivering thoughtful and efficient designs and a high standard of excellence to his work. He is passionate about designing healthy buildings with the occupant's well-being in mind and embraces the USGBC LEED and WELL Building standards.

"At PROCON, Erik has been instrumental in helping to grow the architecture and engineering department through hard work, an incredible, upbeat attitude, and thoughtful, efficient design. Most importantly, he has shown himself to be extremely collaborative and creative in PROCON's design-build process,” said John Stebbins, Managing Director.

“Erik has added value to projects from initial client outreach through concept design, estimating, and construction. Erik is a true design-builder, and we are lucky to have him on our executive team," said Jen Stebbins Thomas, Managing Director.
