PROCON Recognized as Top Place to Work

PROCON has been recognized by Business NH Magazine as a top employer in New Hampshire, ranking the architectural, engineering and construction management firm in the top three companies to work for in 2022.  

For 25 years, Business NH Magazine has acknowledged businesses that go out of their way to create engaging workplaces and understand that fulfilled employees are more productive.  This year’s competition attracted a record number of applicants from across New Hampshire.

In recognizing PROCON as a top employer, Business NH Magazine highlighted the proactive efforts of the company to create a positive, healthy and fulfilling work environment including:

  • All team members receive “Phantom stock” which can be worth six figures upon retirement.

  • Partnering with a local gym to offer a 13-week HealthyCare program for employees to work with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a personal trainer while receiving a complete health assessment to track results
  • PROCON owners invested in LeanBox and Bevi to offer 24x7 employee access to fresh food, snacks and hot and cold beverages.  Bevi is a next generation water cooler dispensing filtered still and sparkling water that employees may choose to add natural flavors via a touchscreen.

PROCON currently employs 150 people and is looking to hire additional employees in all aspects of their business to Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Accountants, Architects and Mechanical Engineers to accommodate growth.   PROCON is known for the longevity of employee tenure.
