Construction crews at Manatee County Logistics Center are making progress and on track for delivery this summer. The walls and roof are up on one building and the crews are nearly complete tilting the walls on the second building. Located in Bradenton, FL at the busy intersection of US301 and 44th Avenue, the industrial development is a 563,451 sq. ft., Class-A master planned logistics park. The three, dock-high, rear-load, buildings have been purposefully designed to provide optimal tenant flexibility and will provide leasing options for customers ranging in size from +23,000 to +188,000 square feet. Manatee and Sarasota Counties include more than 870,000 residents and ranked #3 in America’s Top 10 Metro Areas for Middle Market Investing by Malatru.
