Progress on Framing Underway at Parkway Apartments

Framing has wrapped up on Building B of the Parkway Apartments development in West Roxbury. Callahan Construction Managers is moving on to concrete-casting and framing on Building A and will be installing the roof of B in January.

The approved residential community will include 258 apartments in two detached, 4-story, wood-frame buildings. The 4.6-acre site, located at the gateway to West Roxbury is currently a vacant lot.
