Project Teams Begin Work on First Phase of Cambridgeside Redevelopment
Work is underway for the first phase of the redevelopment of the Cambridgeside Mall. Feldman Surveyors is working on stacking control for the project alongside GC John Moriarty. In total, the project will add 575,000 square feet of office, lab, and residential space in 3 mid-rise buildings and 1 tower that will replace the Best Buy, Sears, and Macy’s locations and the mall’s First Street garage.
