Proposal for St. Petersburg Hotel Will Go Before Review Commission
The City of St. Petersburg Development Review Commission will decide on the proposal for a new hotel in downtown St. Petersburg at its April 5th meeting. Tempo by Hilton will be a 14-story hotel along 2nd Street North, at the corner of 3rd Avenue North, a prime parcel across the street from Sundial St. Pete. The hotel will include 184 rooms and a 124-space parking garage, with the ground floor lobby fronting 2nd street. Three floors of parking would be above the parking garage. Meeting space would be contained on the fourth floor, with guest floors on floors 5 through 12. Guest amenities and a rooftop bar will occupy the top floor.
