Proposals for 2.8 Acre Site in Hartford's "Bushnell South" In Review
After receiving four proposals for the Bushnell South Parcel 4, Hartford's Capital Region Development Authority is reviewing which development team to move forward with. The proposals all have a fairly similar vision for the development site, with around 300 residential units and 25,000 square feet of commercial space.
This development site is part of the 12-acre Bushnell South project. The vision for the neighborhood includes almost 2000 multifamily units, retail spaces, and cultural spaces.
