Proposed 11 Andrews Project To Bring 425 Residential Units to Fort Lauderdale

11 Andrews is a proposed 47-story mixed-use tower in Fort Lauderdale. Located within the Downtown Core and a block away from the Brightline train station, this project will provide 425 residential units and 7,400 square feet of commercial space.

Our landscape design will highlight the unique architecture of the building prepared by CUBE 3. The streetscape will create a dynamic pedestrian environment for the retail on the ground floor. We are working with the developers, Bachow Ventures, to design the amenity decks on the tenth floor and the rooftop.
