Proposed 401K SF Lab and 97 Units in Allston Under Official Review
The BPDA is officially reviewing a proposal for a new two-building development in Allston at 119 Braintree Street. Bracken Development proposes building out a 12-story, 401,000 square-foot office building for lab/R&D use as well as a 6-story, 97-unit residential building on the east side of Everett Street.
