Proposed Downtown Crossing Tower Under Official Review
A proposed 19-story tower located in the heart of Downtown Crossing featuring 126 residences is under official review. Residences would range from extremely low-income to market rate; it has not been announced whether residences would be apartments or condominiums.
The development site, an 8,500-square-foot parcel at 41 Lagrange Street, abuts 48 Boylston Street, a building developers St. Francis House and the Planning Office for Urban Affairs have the approval to convert into 46 affordable rental housing units.
