Proposed Providence Lab Wins $81M Construction Grant
The Rhode Island Department of Health has received a federal grant for 81,700,000 to cover the cost of construction for a new state-owned life science laboratory in Providence. The Department of Health released plans for a new level-3 testing laboratory. The project calls for a 5-6 story building with life science research space for public and private enterprise use.
