Puma Sells Westford Office for $12.7M
Puma has sold their Westford, MA flex office building for $12.7M as they prepare to move into their new HQ at Assembly Row. The 130,000 square foot Westford building sits on a nearly 20-acre lot and was originally constructed in 1984. Puma acquired the property in 2007 for $11.5M.
