Re-Zoning Application Filed for Master Planned Unit Development Land
A re-zoning application is under review for the land that is the site of a proposed master planned unit development. Abbey Crossings, in San Antonio, Florida, is located approximately 25 minutes north of Tampa on SR 52, approximately half-mile east of I 75. The development would include 500,000 SF industrial, 400,000 SF Retail / 7-8 Out-parcels, 400,000 SF Office, 900 Multi family residential units. 5.5 Acres for lease, or for sale, developer will divide. Once warranted, Mckendree Rd. and Road C will be signalized, with full left turning lanes.
