Reading Development Property Mortgaged
NewMeadow Development has mortgaged their property at 35 Lincoln Street in Reading for $14.806 million via Bank of New England. The upcoming project know as The Metropolitan at Reading Station is an approved 68 unit boutique luxury apartment building located directly across the street from the Reading Depot Commuter Rail Station in Reading, Massachusetts.
The Metropolitan contains a mix of 1,2 and 3-bedroom units. Residents will be able to access to the commuter rail and be in North Station in 20 minutes. Building amenities include a coffee bar, fitness studio and top floor entertainment great room.
