Recently Renovated Office Plaza Near O'Hare Financed for $147.5M

Newmark has arranged $147.5M in refinancing for President’s Plaza in Chicago through Bank of America. The 830,000 square foot Class A office complex recently underwent a $20 million renovation. Amenities on-site include a lounge with a bar, a café, outdoor terrace, and a fitness center operated by Midtown Fitness. Jordan Roeschlaub, Dustin Stolly, Chris Kramer, Nick Scribani, Eden Abraham, and Ben Kroll of Newmark arranged the loan.
