Red Hook Logistics Facility Acquired for $330M

A multi-level, Class-A logistics warehouse, located at 640 Columbia Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn, has just been sold for $330 million. The structure was purchased by CBRE Investment from the developer and previous owner, DH Property Holdings, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.

Recently completed this year, the building was constructed by . It offers 336,350 square feet of rentable storage space, spanning all three levels.

The facility is ideally suited for large-scale operations, with 28-foot interior ceiling clearances, 5-freight elevators,  employee parking spaces, and 28 loading docks. Its design also incorporates ramp access to the 14 docks on the second floor. 

Designed by , 640 Columbia Street stands feet tall and totals square feet. The big selling point for the facility was its location in Red Hook. Within close proximity of Downtown Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, it will offer fast, last-mile fulfillment solutions for millions of New Yorkers.
