Redevelopment of Fairfax County Judicial Complex Approved
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors has approved conceptual plans for the redevelopment of the 48-acre judicial complex site. The property is currently developed with 1.4 million square feet, including nine buildings and two parking garages. The county plans to demolish two existing buildings and one existing parking garage and add up to 1 million square feet of new development spread amongst five new buildings. The first phase of the project will include a 90-foot-tall office building on the site of the former Massey Building.
