Redevelopment of Historic Buildings to Affordable Housing Continues at St. Elizabeth's
Work continues on 7 historic buildings on parcel 11 of the St. Elizabeth's campus to update the former hospital buildings into apartments. 80% of the 252 units will be designated affordable. There will also be 14,000 square feet set aside for community uses. The building expects to welcome first residents in late 2020.
