Reduced Parking Count Proposed for Hyde Park Multifamily
City Realty has submitted a notice of project pages to reduce the parking count for the 374 Cummings Highway project in Hyde Park. Original plans call for 49 residential units with 61 parking spaces. Now the developer would like to cut the parking to 44 parking spaces. Per the filing, the parking stacker system they had planned to include is no longer produced, and no alternatives are available that can provide the level of parking without losing green space.
