Reduced Unit Count Approved for Roxbury Multifamily
Updated plans have been approved for the planned multifamily project at 4-20 Cheney Street in Roxbury. The development will now include 48 affordable elderly units and 12 affordable homeownership units. The development team reduced the scale of the senior housing building to allow for fewer, larger units and a secure courtyard space.
