Rego Park Development in Public Review
Landowner, Trylon LLC is seeking zoning map and text amendments to facilitate a new 15-story mixed-use building at 98-81 Queens Boulevard in Rego Park, Queens. The 153,400 sq.ft. development by RJ Capital Holdings would contain 162 residential units, and 17,400 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Currently, the project is in public review, and an Environmental Assessment Statement has just been filed. It will soon be reviewed by the City Planning Commission, who will have 60 days to hold a hearing and issue a recommendation.
