Reich Brothers acquires 90,000 SF industrial facility for renovation
National industrial real estate investment group, Reich Brothers has recently purchased a rail-served facility at 6201 Seaforth S, Baltimore, MD on 8.1 acres. Reich Brothers plan to make significant capital investments in renovating the property with new and improved infrastructure and cosmetics. Other upgrades will include a new roof, sprinkler system, office, outdoor loading docks, and 26-inch clear ceilings. The 90,000 square foot facility will be one of, if not the only available Baltimore port-centric property of its size that offers up to 3 acres of contiguous outdoor storage with rail access. Renovations will be completed and ready to lease by January 2023.
