Related Beal Purchases $355M Stake in Innovation and Design Building
Related Beal has purchased 50% stake in the Innovation and Design Building valued at $355,000,000 in a deal with Jamestown Properties. The value of the building, located in South Boston's emerging Seaport district, is $710,000,000.
The 1.4 million square foot office building is home to various influential companies including Autodesk, Continuum, Elkus Manfredi, MassChallenge, and Reebok.
