Renderings and amenities of The Marc, new Bay Village boutique condominium development, revealed

Developer New Boston Ventures has revealed renderings and amenities of The Marc, an upcoming nine-unit boutique condominium development set in a stunning historic French Renaissance building in the heart of Bay Village. The Marc will open in Late 2018 and will feature four two-bedroom residences ranging from 1,800 to 2,000 square feet, and five three-bedroom residences up to 2,400 square feet in size.

Residences at The Marc will be graced with amenities including direct elevator access from the building’s garage, two parking spaces per residence, smart home technology, gas fireplaces and a distinctive blend of classic & timeless finishes. Most residences at The Marc will feature private outdoor space; the building's two penthouse residences will feature private roof decks.

The Marc is located in the heart of Bay Village, steps from the Back Bay, the South End, the Theatre District, Beacon Hill and Downtown Boston.
